Support and Postpartum Doula. She has
attended births for over seven years.
Devoted to mothers and babies, Liz
gives continuous physical and emotional
support to the pregnant woman
throughout her pregnancy and birth and
cares for her and her family during the

Mavis Gewant,CCE (ALACE)
is a certified Childbirth
Educator, Labor Support and
Postpartum Doula with over 15 years
experience. She has worked with many
mothers and babies and seen many
grow up in this community. She is
committed to helping women have the
birth experience they desire as well as
support families in the postpartum
period. A sacred artist and mother of 2
sons, she is currently pursuing a
masters degree in pre and perinatal
